François-Xavier provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to corporations, entrepreneurs, private equity firms and family-owned businesses with a focus on the healthcare and food and beverage industries. François-Xavier has more than a decade of investment banking experience. He works closely with clients to understand their unique objectives, enabling him to offer innovative perspectives and solutions that are tailored to their needs. Prior to joining Lincoln, François-Xavier was an Associate Director at Clearwater International. Previously, he was a M&A Manager at CIC Conseil. François-Xavier has a master’s degree in corporate finance from the ESSCA School of Management.
