Paula Smith, Liberty’s Chief Marketing Officer, brings over 25 years of business and technology leadership experience in both the corporate and consulting arenas. Today, she is responsible for leading Liberty’s marketing, recruiting, and employee culture and communications. With an emphasis in IT Strategy, Program Management, and Digital Strategy and Transformation, Paula has a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions for large organizations across a variety of industries. She has extensive experience in the insurance and utility industries. Before joining Liberty Advisor Group, Paula was the Vice President of Sales Strategy and Technology at Bankers Life and Casualty. She also held consulting positions at Viant, Inc., Cambridge Technology Partners, James Martin and Co., and PWC. Throughout her career, she has helped large organizations use technology to achieve their objectives. Paula serves on the Keystone Board at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.
