Nick has more than 16 years of experience with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions, software delivery, product management, and technology finance. Throughout his career, Nick has delivered initiatives across a range of client industries and service offerings. Example engagements include several large-scale public company divestitures in the complex manufacturing space, buy-side due diligence for Private Equity companies, end-to-end technology product management in Financial Services, and cyber incident response efforts to ensure business continuity following ransomware attacks. With a passion for numbers, Nick has become one of Liberty’s thought leaders around deal finance and overall financial management within IT. Prior to joining Liberty Advisor Group, Nick served as a U.S. Naval Aviator. His responsibilities included those in the cockpit as an EP-3 Electronic Warfare Mission Commander and administrative duties as the community’s Subject Matter Expert on procedures standardization. His expertise in these areas has driven transformational change with how aviation units train aircrew personnel to operate in challenging, unfamiliar environments and maximize time on station to the benefit of the customer.
