James Faust Bio

Jay Faust joined Lazard in 2004 and is a Managing Director in New York. He is a member of Lazard's Financial Institutions Group and advises companies in the insurance, asset management and financial services sectors globally on M&A and other strategic matters. He was previously based in Lazard's London office. Jay's experience also includes several transactions in the asset management sector and other financial services sectors. Jay received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE with high honors in Operations Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
