Edward Forman Bio

Edward Forman is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer at Kroll, based in New York. Edward is responsible for managing risks both in our client work and in operating our day-to-day business. Previously, Edward served as General Counsel and Secretary to the board of directors. Edward also plays a critical role in our corporate development activities, participating in 40 transactions to date. As Kroll continues to execute on its growth strategy, Edward leads a global team of lawyers, risk and compliance professionals and external counsel in supporting the company’s business objectives and managing risk. From 1998 to 2006, Edward was employed by The BISYS Group, Inc., a publicly traded financial outsourcing company, as its Senior Vice President, acting General Counsel and Secretary. Edward received a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University. He also holds a J.D. and an MBA from Columbia University.
