Daniel J. Greene has been successful operating and advising businesses for over two decades. Expertise and experience includes acquisitions, financial performance improvements, capital structuring and post-merger integration. During his tenure, Dan has worked on dozens of successful acquisitions in the MedTech, manufacturing and business services sectors. In addition to achieving posts as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in private industry, Dan was an advising member of two successful investment partnerships, achieving the objectives of all parties involved. Dan is an advocate for, and active participant in, The Center for Strategy, Execution and Valuation at DePaul University. The Center provides an engagement platform for thought leaders, business leaders and the greater Chicagoland business community for co-creating and sharing leading practices in strategy and strategy execution. In addition, Dan has had the privilege of serving on the Board of international trade associations. He earned a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA in Finance, along with a Master of Accounting degree.
