James Burgdorfer Bio

Jamie Burgdorfer has concentrated on domestic and international M&A assignments his entire career. He has further specialized in merger work for the healthcare industry since 1992. Prior to forming Juniper, he co-led the M&A group of John Nuveen & Co. and was a member of Citigroup’s mergers and acquisitions department and the corporate finance group at A.G. Becker. Jamie is a member of the Faculty of The Governance Institute. Jamie holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
