Luca is an experienced corporate financier with over 24 years as a senior partner at PwC, advising across multiple areas including M&A and transaction services, valuation and financial restructuring and business restructuring. Since leaving PwC, Luca has been a senior partner at Athena Associati. Luca holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University, is a chartered accountant, and a chartered auditor.
