Daniel Meschaninov Bio

Daniel joined Jamieson in 2018 and works out of our Frankfurt and Madrid offices where he is responsible for running and executing transactions. He has also particular experience in advising management teams in Private Equity-led IPOs. Recent mandates in the DACH region include the Galderma IPO (backed by EQT, ADIA, GIC) in Switzerland, the Renk Group IPO (backed by Triton) in Frankfurt and the secondary sale of Vacuumschmelze to Ara Partners. Recent transactions in Iberia include Amara NZero (sale to Cinven), VIC Properties and Natra (sale to CapVest). Prior to Jamieson, Daniel worked at Goldman Sachs in both London and Frankfurt as part of their Regulatory Capital/Credit Risk Team. Daniel qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Goldman Sachs and graduated with a BSc in Politics & Economics from the University of Bath.
