Amogh Ranade Bio

Amogh is a Corporate Financier and joined Investec in 2019. At Investec India, he Co-Heads the Industrials sector practice specializing in M&A and Fund Raises. He has advised clients in both Public Market and Private Transactions. Amogh has 18 years of work experience and has been part of Investec’s Investment Banking team since 2019. He has previously worked with leading Domestic and International organisations such as Axis Capital, L&T Finance, Morgan Stanley. He focuses on all Industrials sub-sectors as well as B2B businesses and has advised on some of the most complex M&As and structured financing deals. He has advised on 25+ deals across public and private markets. Amogh is rank-holder Chartered Accountant and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He speaks English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati (spoken).
