He has 20 years of experience in implementing projects in the field of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic consulting and company development. He has participated in over 80 projects, both for international corporations and for companies from the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises. Before Holon, he ran Glenboden - a company providing services in the field of interim management for global corporations and was a manager at Central Europe Trust. Previously, he also worked at the investment bank Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. He is a graduate of Oxford University.
