Jacek Korpała Bio

He has over 25 years of experience in managing private equity funds and conducting capital transactions, strategic consulting and structuring project financing. Before Holon, he was a managing partner in the ARX Equity Partners fund, a partner in the financial advisory department at Arthur Andersen and a director at MPW responsible for public offerings and large and sectoral privatizations. He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at SGPiS (currently SGH).
