Kristy Hogan Bio

Kristy Hogan is a managing director in the Harris Williams Private Capital Advisory Group, focused on leading a full range of primary fund solutions as Head of Project Management. Kristy has worked in investment banking for more than 10 years. Prior experience includes executing debt financings for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and refinancings for middle market financial sponsor-backed transactions. She has deep experience across the retail, industrial, aerospace and defense, oil and gas, healthcare, and technology industries. Kristy is based in New York. B.S. in Economics from Duke University.
