James Clark Bio

James Clark is a managing director in the Harris Williams Healthcare & Life Sciences Group. He has extensive experience working with clients across a broad range of sectors, including providers, payer tech and services, pharmacy, outsourced provider services, medical products and devices, behavioral health, healthcare IT, life sciences tools, clinical lab services, and outsourced pharma services, as well as provider, pharma, and device distribution. James has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory assignments, including divestitures, financings, and capital raising. He is based in our Richmond office. B.A. in Economics and M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
