Matthias Stötter is a Director in the Munich office of goetzpartners. He has over 15 years of experience in M&A-Advisory, with a broad experience in the industrial and healthcare services sectors. He focuses on expanding goetzpartners’ M&A activities in Italy by leveraging the successful Commercial Due Diligence activities there. Before joining goetzpartners, Matthias Stötter worked at kap AG, a German listed industrial holding company backed by The Carlyle Group, where he was responsible for the M&A and business development department. He started his career in private equity at Graham Partners and Munich Private Equity Partners. Matthias Stötter holds a diploma in Business Administration from the Leopold-Franzens-University in Innsbruck.
