Leslie brings to Eureka more than 15 years of experience advising on transactions for publicly-traded and privately-held companies both in the United States and Europe. During her career, Leslie has originated and executed mergers and acquisitions, financings and corporate restructuring advisory engagements for a variety of healthcare services, medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Eureka, Leslie was a Director in Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Corporate Finance practice and also a Principal of The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. She began her investment banking career with Bear Stearns’ Pharmaceutical Corporate Finance Team in New York.
