Bio

Bo advises EY clients in the structuring and execution of capital markets transactions. He is one of the leaders and founders of the US Debt Capital Markets practice. Bo has over twenty years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, including: leveraged finance, proprietary trading, special situations finance, restructuring advisory and M&A. Prior to joining EY, Bo worked in multiple senior roles at a leading financial institution where he helped start-up two capital markets groups and a proprietary trading team focused on special situations investments. Bo also held senior roles in leveraged finance where he executed capital raises to support acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings and other corporate purposes. Bo began his career at an investment banking boutique focusing on middle market M&A and private placements. Bo earned his undergraduate degree from James Madison University and his MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
