Vedran joined EC M&A’s London office in 2017. Prior to EC M&A, Vedran worked in Aerospace & Defence sector-focused M&A advisory at Seabury Capital and Steen Associates, and in structured finance roles at Morgan Stanley and Black Diamond Capital Management. Vedran holds a BBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch College and an MBA from EDHEC Business School. Vedran is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charter holder.
