Don Millen, Jr. Bio

Don has over thirty years experience advising and investing in high growth, private and public businesses. Prior to co-founding Dragonfly Capital in 2000, he worked with Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., a Charlotte-based merger and acquisition boutique. Prior to Bowles, Don worked in New York City at the investment bank Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette advising both private equity groups and business management teams on various financings and M&A situations. He also served as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen in Atlanta. Don was a member of the Rotary Club of Charlotte for over 20 years and served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth - Charlotte for 6 years. Don opened the firm's Charleston, SC office in 2021 and is a member of the ACG - Charleston and Wall Street Charleston (WSCHS).
