Dale has 35 years of experience in Ophthalmic healthcare, as a ophthalmology billing company owner, national sales manager and manufacture representative. He has mentored hundreds of ophthalmologists in eye surgery, teaching IOL implantation, cataract surgery and the use of ophthalmic lasers. His experience with billing codes and electronic medical records gives him an understanding of ophthalmology as a business.
