Cornell Hazelton is a Managing Director at DelMorgan, with more than 20 years of experience in capital markets advisory services, investment banking, and devising and implementing enterprise growth strategies for companies across a variety of industries. He has successfully advised and led over $4 billion in capital raised for both public and private organizations. Prior to DelMorgan, Mr. Hazelton served as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets Advisory at a middle market advisory and communications firm, where he provided strategic counsel to small emerging and mid-cap companies and led growth strategy development, investor preparedness, strategic branding and capital raising. Mr. Hazelton began his career at J.P. Morgan as a Leveraged & Syndicated Finance investment banker advising global multinational corporations, and he later went on to serve as a senior investment banker with Merrill Lynch and Raymond James, where he structured over $2Bn in fixed income securities for local government and municipal clients. Mr. Hazelton serves on the Boards of Directors of several non-profit organizations and holds an Executive M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Emory University Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Economics from Morehouse College.
