Bill Evans Bio

Bill Evans is a Managing Director with DelMorgan & Co. Mr. Evans has over 25 years of experience in C-level executive management, board oversight, corporate finance, credit underwriting, capital markets, alternative investing and quantitative analysis. Mr. Evans led the finance function and non-clinical operations at Access Health Ventures, a sponsor-backed retail-medical DSO platform company. He was the CFO at AviSight, a SL/ML/AI energy-efficient industrial inspections and drone services startup. Mr. Evans was the President and Head of Finance at Centsible Lighting, a clean energy-efficient LED design and manufacturing company. Mr. Evans also holds current and former roles as a board member, board observer and advisor at several companies, as well as participating in the TMA and AIRA societies. These various roles have given him experience with out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy negotiations and turnaround management. He is a middle market business builder and operator at heart. In midtown Manhattan, Mr. Evans worked in acquisition and leveraged finance at ORIX Corporate Capital (NYSE: IX), ING Capital (NYSE: ING) and the merchant banking group at BNP Paribas (Paris: BNP), where he helped structure and execute over $3 billion of closed LBOs, MBOs, dividend recapitalizations, roll-ups, tuck-ins and related financings. He also worked in investment management at Fidelity Investments in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Evans has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Johnson School at Cornell University.
