François is part of our DC Advisory France team with more than 20 years' investment banking experience. He joined in 2012 and leads our Telecom, Media and Technology practice for France. Having started out in 1998 by co-founding Firstinvest.com - an online company that he successfully sold to Bertelsmann in 2005 - François joined UBS Investment Bank where he was a Director in the M&A Group in London and Paris. During his tenure at UBS, François advised on a variety of M&A, financing and capital markets transactions for large corporate clients and private equity firms across Europe, the UK and the US.
