Throughout his career Billy has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit, making an impact at elite wall-street firms, as a principal in venture capital and private equity, and starting and running several successful businesses. Billy has successfully performed in the three key roles for any transaction - business owner, investor, and banker. Prior to joining Corporate Finance Associates, Billy was a banker at Morgan Stanley. During his tenure he provided advisory and deal structuring guidance on $545 million of successful deals across the energy, commercial real estate, financial services, and technology sectors. During his formative years at Presbyterian College, Billy successfully raised capital to grow a biotech company in Namibia, Africa.
