Piotr Kolodziejczyk Bio

Piotr has over 20 years of mergers & acquisitions experience. He also serves as deputy head of Clairfield’s TMT practice group and is a board member of Clairfield International S.A.​ Piotr has advised on over 50 completed transactions, and currently specialises in the technology and healthcare sectors. Piotr’s clients include corporate, private and private equity clients. Piotr’s international clients include Orange, Nets, T-Mobile, H&F, expondo and UTC.​ Piotr graduated from University of Gdansk, and has studied at FHTW Berlin and WDI at Michigan Business School.
