Konstantin Zygan Bio

Konstantin is a partner at Clairfield in Frankfurt, and over the last seven years, he has worked on various M&A, financing, and strategic advisory projects at Clairfield. Previously Konstantin worked as a financial services analyst at KPMG and joined Clairfield in 2016. Konstantin holds a masters in finance with a focus on corporate finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. In 2020 he completed the Certified Professional in Restructuring & Turnaround Management certificate program at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. In addition to working at Clairfield, Konstantin is active in his own 2nd generation family business (sensor technology/building automation), providing financial controlling support and advice regarding M&A.
