Antoni Rakowski Bio

Antoni has been managing partner of Clairfield Poland since 1990. He has extensive experience in capital transactions including mergers & acquisitions. Antoni participated in the development of numerous market entries for foreign investors. He has headed flagship Polish privatizations and transactions including the establishment of the Polkomtel consortium, the privatization of Orbis and Stalexport, the privatization program of the power distribution sector and the development of an offset offer for the BAE/SAAB Gripen consortium. Antoni graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (international trade) and University of Warsaw (development economics).
