Jeffrey Pielusko is a Managing Director at Carl Marks Advisors with over 15 years of experience helping companies address capital structure and operational issues on behalf of boards, financial sponsors, lenders and creditors. Mr. Pielusko has worked on over 30 transactions and engagements helping optimize value on behalf of stakeholders. His experience includes complex debt and equity offerings, in-court and out-of-court restructurings, acquisition advisory services, strategic advisory roles, stakeholder negotiations and interim management roles. Prior to Carl Marks Advisors, Jeffrey worked in the investment bank at Raymond James on the Capital Structure Advisory team. In this role, Mr. Pielusko advised clients in structuring and placing debt and structured equity solutions, distressed M&A transactions, and credit agreement amendments and extensions. Prior to Raymond James, Mr. Pielusko worked in the Corporate Bank at Citibank structuring trade finance solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Jeffrey holds a BA from The George Washington University, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and at the top of the accounting class and is a FINRA Registered Representative.
