For a quarter-century, Neal Shipley has led major capital markets, commercial and community-focused banking teams for leading national banks such as PNC and Huntington Bank. His guidance and problem-solving has helped to capitalize and grow powerhouse companies such as Cooper Tire & Rubber and Penske Truck Leasing and successful medium-sized regional companies such as Respironics and II-VI Incorporated. As founder of Shipley Brothers Development, developer of Lake Macleod, Pittsburgh’s premier residential development, Neal learned firsthand the funding needs of entrepreneurs and smaller companies. A Carnegie Mellon University alumnus, he started, grew and sold two multimillion-dollar companies. A leader in the Pittsburgh community, Neal is on the boards of directors of Catholic Charities, St. Joseph’s House of Hospitality, and Crossroads Foundation. He is a trustee of the Debbie Shipley Family Foundation, a foundation that provide christian camperships to special needs adults. He and his wife have three children.
