Benton Au is a Vice President in the firm’s Corporate M&A Advisory practice. Mr. Au joined Cain Brothers (KeyBanc Capital Markets) in 2017 and has over 8 years of experience across merger and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and valuation. Mr. Au’s notable transactions include the sale of Invo Healthcare to Golden Gate Capital, the pending sale of Affinity Health Plan to Molina Healthcare, the carve-out of Valor Healthcare from Concentra (Select Medical) to Trive Capital, and the recapitalization of Caregiver with Windrose Health Investors. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Au was an Associate at JP Morgan where he worked in a variety of derivatives pricing and treasury functions across the investment bank. Mr. Au earned a BA in Economics from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
