John Siracuse Bio

John Siracuse is a Co-Founder and Partner at Boston Meridian. John has more than 30 years of investment banking experience and has completed over 200 financing, merger and acquisition, merchant banking and advisory transactions with a total transaction value of over $20 billion. Prior to founding Boston Meridian, John was a Managing Director at Robertson Stephens, an internationally recognized investment bank focused on technology, media, and consumer products, where he led the East Coast Software, Internet Banking, and Financial Sponsors Group. John also helped to build and manage relationships with venture capital and private equity firms. John previously worked as an investment banker at Montgomery Securities (now Bank of America Securities), Jefferies & Company, and Drexel Burnham Lambert, and as a Software Consultant at SunGard Data Systems. John holds a BA from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
