Manuel Sammut Bio

Manuel Sammut is a Managing Director, Senior Leader and Head of Business & Tech-Enabled Services with Alvarez & Marsal’s Corporate Finance practice in London. Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Sammut served as a Managing Director with William Blair and Partner at KPMG, where he successfully led and built out the Business and Tech-Enabled Services M&A practices in Europe and the UK. Mr. Sammut started his investment banking career with DC Advisory, where he spent eleven years advising clients on multiple landmark transactions. Mr. Sammut earned a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance (first class honours) from the University of Malta and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He and his family have housed Ukrainian families, and he is an active supporter of a UK homeless charity.
