Gray has more than 15 years of technology M&A and investment experience spanning a range of high-growth industry software and SaaS sectors including enterprise financial management, property, banking, and insurance, in addition to human capital management, sales & marketing automation, and other vertical sectors. Prior to Aeris, Gray was a Director of Technology Investment Banking at Piper Sandler, and previously, an Investment Banking Associate at Rutberg & Company and a Derivatives Trader at Ronin Capital.
