In addition, Adobe licenses technology to hardware manufacturers, software developers and service providers for use in their products and solutions. Adobe's products run on personal and server-based computers, as well as on smartphones, tablets and other devices. Adobe has operations in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Adobe was formed in 1982 and is based in San Jose, California.
